Q: What are your office hours?

A: By appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Q: Can I tour the facility? 

A: Yes! Please feel free to Call, or visit us on our Facebook page. 

Q: What vaccinations are required for boarding my dog?

A: All guests must have current vaccination records on file with us. This includes annual RABIES, DHLPP, and BORDATELLA. All guests are also required to be on flea prevention program. If your dog has a flea problem treatment will be given at owners expense.

Q: What should I bring?

A: We recommend you bring your own food. Sudden changes in a dogs diet can upset their stomach. Bedding, treats, and other supplies are included, however, Pet Owners are encouraged to bring any items that help your dog have an even more enjoyable stay.  

Q: Do you administer medications?

A: We are more than happy to give medication to your dog at no extra charge. All medications must come in the original container. The veterinary clinic provides the name of medication and dosage per day that will allow us to properly care for your pet.

Q: What are the pick-up times for boarding?

A: You can drop-off or pick-up your pet at the time and date of your Appointment. Boarding fees begin the day you check in your pet. If you pick up your pet before 11am you will not be charged for that day of boarding.

Q: Do you have a Customer Agreement?

A: Yes, the Customer Agreement must be filled out and signed on or before your first stay. We want you to be aware of our policies and procedures, you can click here to preview a copy.

Q: Do your employees have any formal industry training?

A: In addition to several years of practical experience, Spoiled Rotten Pet Hotel requires its employees to complete Canine Pet Care Provider Certification through the International Boarding and Pet Services Association. 

Q: Do you offer discounts for extended stays and long term boarding?

A: Yes we do! We have discounted rates offered on a case by case basis.
